Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the TN Visa Program in hospitality, applicants must meet the following criteria:

​

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management or a related field such as Business Administration, plus 1 + years of professional experience in a supervisory or managerial role

 

  OR
 

  • Hold a post-secondary diploma or certificate (minimum two-year program) in Hotel or Restaurant Management or a related field, plus at least three years of professional experience in a supervisory or managerial role

  • Possess advanced English language skills

Apply for Visa

Once you have accepted a job offer, AJ1 will prepare your embassy kit, which includes all required documents for your TN visa application.​

Arrive & Begin

After your TN visa is approved, you may travel to the U.S. to begin your new position.
