Eligible citizens of Canada and Mexico can spend 1 to 4 years working in leadership roles — including supervisor, manager, and director positions — at prestigious hotels, luxury resorts, and leading hospitality brands across the United States.

Eligibility Requirements
Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Mexico or Canada, with a valid passport.
Language Proficiency: Advanced English.
Education: To qualify for the Hospitality TN Visa Program, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

Hold a bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management, or a closely related field, plus at least one (1) year of professional experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
OR

Hold a post-secondary diploma or certificate (minimum two-year program) in Hotel or Restaurant Management, or a related field, plus at least three (3) years of professional experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Preferred:

Demonstrated experience in hotel operations that aligns closely with the duties of the position you are seeking.

Apply for Visa
Once you have accepted a job offer, AJ1 will prepare your embassy kit, which includes all required documents for your TN visa application.

Arrive & Begin
After your TN visa is approved, you may travel to the U.S. to begin your new position.
