Eligibility Requirements
Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Mexico or Canada, with a valid passport.
Language Proficiency: Advanced English.
Education: To qualify for the Hospitality TN Visa Program, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

Hold a bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management, or a closely related field, plus at least one (1) year of professional experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
OR

Hold a post-secondary diploma or certificate (minimum two-year program) in Hotel or Restaurant Management, or a related field, plus at least three (3) years of professional experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Preferred: Demonstrated experience in hotel operations that aligns closely with the duties of the position you are seeking.

Fill out our online form, and be sure to include all relevant academic and professional information.
Once submitted, our system automatically generates your AJ1 file and resume, allowing our team to evaluate your profile and identify potential opportunities.

Vetting & Selection Process
Participate in an interview with our TN Program Director who will learn more about you, answer your questions, and outline the upcoming stages of the process.
Afterwards, you will provide your supporting documents to verify eligibility.

Interviews &
Job Offer
Meet and interview with U.S. hospitality employers. Once you receive and accept a job offer, AJ1 prepares your complete Embassy Kit (including all required documents for your TN visa application).

Approval
& Arrival
Follow the appropriate consular or port-of-entry process. After your TN status is approved, you can arrange your travel and officially begin your new leadership role in the United States!
