Opening Doors to Global Talent

The TN Visa is a U.S. work authorization program created under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), formerly known as NAFTA.

It allows qualified citizens of Canada and Mexico to work legally in the United States in professional, management, and supervisory roles.

The process is streamlined, cost-effective, and flexible — making it a powerful option for employers who want to strengthen their teams with skilled international talent.

TN Visa Program Highlights
  • Professional-Level Talent: All candidates hold the degrees, certifications, and experience required for key roles in hospitality, business, and management.

  • Simplified Hiring: No USCIS petition filings, no Department of Labor LCAs, and no annual visa caps — making the TN Visa process faster and less expensive than traditional work visas.

  • Faster Approvals: Canadian hires often receive same-day approvals at the border, while Mexican hires are processed through U.S. consulates with predictable timelines.

  • Long-Term Solutions: TN Visas are initially valid for up to three years, with unlimited renewals, providing staffing stability without a permanent immigration commitment.

  • Family Support: TN visa holders can bring their spouses and children, promoting long-term employee satisfaction and retention.
